HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
In order to place an order with Salina shop, it is essential that you create an account / register yourself on our website. To do so, please click on the Sign In / Register link on the top right corner of the page.
Once you have successfully created an account, please go through your account details such as billing and shipping address and ensure that you have provided us with the right information. Please ensure that your Debit/Credit Card details are accurate in order to place an order with ease.
Once you have filled out all necessary information, you can then click on the Orders link on the menu on the left and can browse our gallery to select your desired Canvas design.
Once you have chosen your Canvas design, please click on the design you have chosen. On the new page which opens up, you can then click on the Add To Cart link to go ahead with the purchase. If you wish to purchase more canvas designs you can continue to browse our gallery and keep selecting the designs you would like to purchase.
Once you have chosen your design, you can click on the little ‘Shopping Bag/Cart’ icon which is placed on the top right corner of the page. This brings you to the check out page where you can see the items you wish to purchase.
In order to proceed with the checkout, please ensure that country selected for shipping, is the right one. If you have received a promotional coupon code from Salina shop, be sure to enter the code where it says ‘COUPON’ in order to avail the coupon discount.

CAN I TRY ITEMS BEFORE I BUY?
Unfortunately, Salina shop does not provide it’s clients with such a service. Once you have opened and installed the product, Salina shop cannot accept any returns or refunds. Only in the circumstance of a damaged product, (upon the opening of the package) can the company replace the item. In the case of any damage during installation, Salina shop cannot be held liable for any refunds or replacements.
